    This course is very quick and easily completed which was great for me. The checklist is super handy to have on hand to serve as a reminder of things to do while either isolating or when I have extreme social anxiety and not capable of leaving the house. The video was clearly set out, straight to the point and narrated well. Thank you for the ideas!
